Hi I’m Elisa Braun. I’m a licensed clinical social worker with specialized training in treating anxiety, depression, OCD, and personality-related challenges in high-performing adults.

I became a therapist because I’m interested in why people operate the way they do and how I can help them operate differently. I work best with clients who are analytical, driven, and ready to approach their mental health with the same seriousness they bring to their professional life.

My approach is direct. I’ll ask questions that might make you uncomfortable. I’ll point out patterns you might not want to see. And I’ll expect you to take the insights we develop and actually use them.
